Woodlakes is a perfect family break for anyone who fishes. There is ample room for the non fishing guests to sit outside when the weather is fine and well laid out 'swims' for those fishing. The complex is immaculately kept, the staff helpful, all adding up to a very peaceful break. This was my first stay at Woodlakes (during April) and I look forward to returning in the summer months.

A lovely place to unwind and relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday living. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings that we found very suitable for ourselves. The bird life is great and we even found some deer grazing near the trees. Would certainly like to go back.

I have recommended this site to a friend of mine who is a keen fisherman and he's going along next week on a short break - good fishing, relaxing surroundings, lovely little villages and country pubs and we found a very warm welcome at the Heron pub in Stow Bridge and the food was excellent.
