    Local Area

Taking a break in the Isle of Wight is the perfect way to enjoy this beautiful island’s family friendly resorts, lovely safe beaches and exciting leisure facilities. As you’d expect from an island with 60 miles of beautiful, unspoilt coastline and famously sunny weather, you’ll find an excellent range of water sports and other thrilling activities. The Isle of Wight is a favourite with sailors and deep sea anglers, but you can also try your hand at windsufing, jet skiing, sailplane flying and hang gliding. And the Blackgang Chine Fantasy Park or breathtaking chairlift rides at Needles Park offer plenty of adrenaline boosting fun.Explore the island’s amazing prehistoric legacy at the Dinosaur Farm and Dinosaur Isle Museum or search out living wildlife at the zoo and at Parkhurst Forest, one of the few remaining habitats of the British red squirrel. There’s lovely coastal and country walking and cycling too - the more energetic might like to follow the round island route.

A lovely location - away from the hustle and bustle but only a stones through from the beach and marina.

Fabulous park, great for children, very safe as cars not allowed next to homes. Beautifully landscaped, very clean and tidy. Just a perfect site in a lovely setting.

I can highly recommend Hoseasons. The online service was excellent, as was the staff when I rang. It was a pleasure to deal with Hoseasons and shall definitely book with them again! I shall be telling friends.

Fantastic, friendly, family run park, peaceful and quiet but enough to do for the kids. Great hosts, very clean accommodation. Great value for money.

A superb place to stay. Very clean and peaceful. Very secure for young children as cars are not allowed near the caravans. If you want a great place to stay that's clean and quiet on the I.O.W. then this is it. This was the second year we have been back and fully intend to go next year.

A gem of a site. Ideal for young families and couples wanting a well kept park with simple amenities and no noisy clubhouse!

The park was truly family friendly, no cars were allowed on site which helped with safety of my children and gave peace of mind. The location was nicely placed allowing good easy access to most local places either by car or by bus. Overall a great holiday experience.

This was a lovely change to see a family site, with all that you need, with modern up to date play areas. Will recommend this park to all young families, our 4yr old loved it there.

Lovely quiet site but with plenty for children. This is just as the brochure described and just what we were looking for. Cars not allowed on site which worked really well, the owners provided trolleys for luggage, great idea. Fabulous location with everything in walking distance. Isle of Wight beautiful, like going back in time. The park owner was very helpful and even lent us tools to fix my husbands bike. We don't normally return to places but are very tempted to go back next year.

I would recommend the holiday as the area has lots to offer for all ages and fitness, walking, cycling and water activities. Historic sites all close by and the longest travel we had was well within 15 miles. Site was very quiet during our visit, and as it is traffic free this also reduces the nuisance value of cars and vehicles moving around and shutting of doors etc. so it must be a big consideration for families with younger children.

The park is beautifully kept - tidy, spacious, quiet and peaceful. Certainly the best by far that we have stayed in. There is a fantastic array of things for kiddies and teenagers to do - pool, adventure playground, putting, football goals, basketball posts, games room. I've never seen such a good variety in any other park that I have been to and I have been to plenty. It is a fantastic area for the sea or for the wonderful walks in the area. The guide in the caravan was great and provided loads of good information. We were absolutely 110% impressed with everything and could find nothing to fault at all. A wonderful holiday indeed!!

An excellent, clean park which was not over commercialised. We were made very welcome.
