Enjoying its own garden it sits near two similar properties within an easy drive of Bude's extensive sands and surfing waves and the busy quayside at Bideford from where boats regularly sail to Lundy Island. A trip to the coastal village of Clovelly where donkey sledges are the only transport should not be missed and walks at Hartland Point afford magnificent views of the Atlantic. The market town of Okehampton a main centre for exploring the Dartmoor National Park is easily accessible as is the Dartington crystal factory at Great Torrington. Golf riding and fishing locally. Pub serving food and shop/P.O. ¼ mile.
