Had a great stay at Sandy Bay, caravan was great very clean and on a great spot on the park. The beach was a 2 minute walk which we used everyday for our dog. I would highly recommend this site and will return to this park in the future.

We stayed in a bronze caravan as we had our dog with us, to our surprise on arrival this still provided an excellent standard of accommodation, plenty to do on site a nice quiet park, would definitely book again and highly recommend.

Staff at kids club, especially George were absolutely brilliant. even our 1 year old has toys put out for him to play with, eg bricks and musical instrument and wooden puzzles. Kids loved pool and it was nice to have lifeguards at hand just in case.

I would recomend for a short break but it would have been far too quiet for a week or longer. We arrived one day late for our break and the 3 days was long enough onsite. We enjoyed the activities surrounding the site e.g Alnwick castle and gardens and we had planned to visit the wildlife sanctury, locally, but the bad weather prevented this.

We needed somwhere we could safely bring our large (well behaved) dog and Sandy Bay was ideal. Admittedly, it was early in the season and Sandy Bay was nowhere near full so the park was comparatively quiet, but everything was open to the public, well appointed, clean, and all the staff were welcoming and helpful. The location was easy to find and we were easily able to meet up with our friends in the area and explore the marvellous countryside.
