An ideal choice for a family beach holiday, this large parc has a fantastic new waterpark.

Close to a magnificent beach and lake, Le Vieux Port is located in a beautiful pine forest and offers an exceptional variety of facilities for all ages. Whilst peaceful in low season, this parc becomes lively during the months of July and August with an extensive organised programme of entertainment.

Children will love brand new pool complex with fantastic wave and children’s pools, as well as waterslides. Most of our pitches are sandy and benefit from shade. The lakeside resort of Port d’Albret is a short walk away and Messanges is 3 kilometres away. Le Vieux Port has direct access to the beach, however it is a 10 mins walk through the parc.

Local Area

The vast beach at Messanges is superb, and ideal for surfing enthusiasts. A few miles inland are the huge lakes of Leon and Soustons, which offer an alternative to the coast for a wide range of watersports. Why not try cycling in the vast pine forests or take a short trip into the Basque country and Spain.

La Pinede des Singes
La Pinede des Singes is an area in the Landais pine forests set aside for monkeys to live freely. Walk through the forest to observe the monkeys


Ecomusee de la Peche Aquarium
Small museum of the sea and fish with a few fish from the region. Displays of fossils, shells and minerals. Information displayed on the related jobs and the sea.


Atlantic Park - Seignosse
Waterpark with a good selection of pools and slides and a childrens pool. Area for beach volley, boules, basketball and badminton. Picnic area and bar/restaurant.

Adrenaline Parc
Adventure Park - there is a course with tree trails - 40 obstacles from 3 - 10 metres above ground level including 'Tarzan's jump' the 'Monkey Walk' etc. Minimum height including raised arms: 1.80 m (recommended: trainers as footwear). Paint-ball games are also possible from the age of 14 yrs old (goggles are provided). Quad bikes, motorbikes, mountain bikes, mini-quad bikes/motorbikes (for 6 yr olds upwards) can be hired too.

Vista Mobile Home - sleeps 7/8

These contemporary mobile homes are designed for comfortable living both indoors and out, with large French doors opening out onto the decking* from both the kitchen and the living area to give the maximum benefit from open air living. There are three models, featuring a fully fitted kitchen, 2 or 3 bedrooms and a bright spacious lounge. *The majority feature decking for which there is an additional charge.

Prestige Mobile Home - sleeps 6

The Prestige offers a lounge and dining area as well as a fully fitted kitchen. It also features 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom having an ensuite shower room with basin and WC. In addition there is a second shower room with basin and a separate WC

Villanova Mobile Home - sleeps 7

The Villanova features an open plan lounge/dining area and bathroom with shower and toilet, and comes of course with a fully equipped kitchen with a full size-fridge freezer. Some units are badged on-site as Villaclassic. These mobiles are slightly smaller (8m x 3m), but feature free decking

Our most recent addition to the fleet is designed to offer bright spacious living areas. The large master bedroom has a full-size double bed. The Villaclassic features a fully-fitted kitchen and a central lounge/dining area.

Our Villagrand Deluxe with 3 bedrooms offers the ultimate in mobile home comfort and style. It also offers the added luxury of 2 bathrooms, both with shower and toilet.

Villagrand 3 Bedroom Mobile Home - sleeps 8

Our Villagrand 3 bedroom features open plan lounge/dining area and full fitted kitchen, and looks more like a Villa than a mobile home with a pitched tiled roof and shutters.

Grand 34 3B Mobile Home - sleeps 8

Our Grand 34 3B is unique. The lounge, kitchen and dining area have been designed as one space and the large master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a second bedroom, bunk room and second bathroom with toilet and shower. Our sites at Pals, Argelès, Vias and Roquebrune now have accommodation with air conditioning for added comfort. Classic Midi Mobile Home - sleeps 6

The Classic Midi offers excellent value for money. It has a separate toilet and a central lounge and makes good use of the available floor space by combining the lounge/dining area with the kitchen. The result is an impressive central living space flanked by a double bedroom and shower room on one side and a second bedroom and separate toilet on the opposite side of the mobile home for additional privacy. The fully-fitted kitchen has a full-size hob, oven and fridge. Please note that this accommodation type on different campsites may differ in decor and layout.
