I would recommend this holiday if you want peace and tranquillity away from city life because you will not get mobile signal and internet connection. Overall the apartment was spacious and the view of the lake in front of the apartment was spectacular and amazing. Nice lake to walk around. Good for families, they have a small playground and Dinosaur Adventure is 5 minutes away where the kids can play and you can enjoy a picnic.

We had a fantastic time, the food up at the bar was very good and we were well looked after, if you go for the Sunday roast don't joke about having a leg as that is what you will get!! (did get through it but it was a bit of a marathon and only a light supper was required) Fishing is very good the smaller lakes hold some nice sized chub and carp perfect for the novice and the more experienced. Overall this is a nice peaceful site that I am sure we will use again.

If you love scenic views, the sound of nature along with great accommodation then this is the one for you. There is also a great pub, local shop and garage all within walking distance and if you want to travel further afield there are plenty of activities to choose from.

Just arrived back from Kingfisher Apartments after a short break. We had a wonderful, relaxing time, even my teenage son enjoyed his time here. Would greatly recommend the local village pub 'The Fox and Hounds'. We hadn't booked on the Sunday night as we were planning on going somewhere else (could not find it!) and they managed to fit us in. We had a wonderful meal, the staff were very friendly and the pub itself was warm and welcoming. We brought the dog who loved lying on the balcony watching the world go by. Would recommend staying at Kingfisher Apartments and will most certainly book again.
