A lovely location and accommodation. The log burner was already set up so that on arrival all it needed was to be lit. The sauna was a real bonus. Real value for money.

Just have just got back from a four day break at Gadgirth. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly reccommend it. We wanted to get away somewhere peaceful for our honeymoon, but close enough to the beach. We took our dog and he had a great time too, plenty of woodland walks and quiet beaches are all close by. The log cabins are lovely and snug with the log burner, fire, and a nice spa bath and sauna for the evenings.

The lodges were very cosy and of a high standard. The setting was fantastic for autumn walks, and returning home to a fire each evening was fantastic. A haven and a hideaway for those who love time outdoors, and close to Ayr and Glasgow for shopping, skiing and cinemas.

This was the perfect escape, thhe real log Scandanavian Cabins were so homely. The walks down by the river were so picturesque this is well recommended for those with dogs. In a rural country setting but only minutes from nearby Ayr and the beautiful Ayrshire coastline we look forward to our next trip

Lodge was beautiful and well furnished. Loved the log burner and sauna. Secluded spot for rest and relaxation, but within easy reach of Ayr town centre by car. This holiday was to celebrate my wife's 50th Birthday and have a break from day to day worries and unwind. It was a great success and we didn't want to go home. This was our second visit to Gadgirth Lodges and it probably won't be our last.
