It was such an enjoyable holiday, the last time we stayed in a caravan/chalet we didn't get a good imnpressions so this holiday has restored my faith in caravaning holidays and the children loved the parks where they could just run free and play and be safe.

Great location for days out with other resorts within a short commute, good accommodation for the money with great views over the estuary (Cutter chalet), we have paid double this price and got a lot less in the past from other sites. The staff are friendly, the site pub does a beautiful carvery at very reasonable prices and the views from the conservatory would be hard to beat. The only down side was the beds aren?t the most comfortable, but this won?t stop me booking up again.

The site was very clean and well laid out. We booked the holiday using the half board facilities available. The staff were fully informed of our arrival and had a table reserved for us for the period of our stay. The food was excellent, and very good value for money, the staff very attentive and polite.

The whole holiday was excellent - I thoroughly enjoyed it. The entertainments team were excellent, in particular Emma who has a great voice. The location of the site is perfect with a great view of the River Teign and so many attractions and places nearby such as Torquay, Teignmouth and Sheldon itself. An excellent holiday that I would recommend to anyone. I can genuinely say that it is my favourite place to go in Britain.

An excellent holiday, catering for both adults and children. Staff are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble. The site has breathtaking scenery and is immaculately kept. This park is four stars but deserves to be a five star park.

The location of Devon Valley is excellent - sited on the estuary with a slipway for access when there is a low tide. I have 2 children ages 6 and 2 and the facilities for them were superb. From going crabbing (crab friendly of course) on the side of the estuary (which my 6 year old son loved) to the childrens entertainment on the evening which was excellent. They also loved the playgrounds and the swimming pool. The park is very well maintained and would definately recommend and will hopefully return there soon!

The site was just the right size, great for us as we have 3 small children. It met all our needs, great accommodation, great restaurant, good value and lovely food that catered very well for the children. The park setting was lovely and the park was clean and well cared for. The swimming pool was good and very attentive lifeguards present. The evening entertainment was also very good. We will definitely go again.
