Camping Internacional de Calonge is set on a hillside overlooking the sweeping bay of Palamňs. This is a well-run and lively site, with modern facilities and beautiful beach on the doorstep. Our emplacements are located on terraces at the top of the site, separated by small shrubs and with some shade from the mature trees.

In high season, young children will love the tractor train that takes you to the emplacements from the bottom of the site. There is plenty going on to keep the whole family amused, with activities and evening entertainment most days in high season. The pool complex, with two full-sized pools and a separate children’s pool, is surrounded by an extensive terrace. Unwind with a cooling drink from the adjacent bar, and enjoy the superb views of the coast.

Travelling south on the A7, take junction 6, Girona Norte (North), picking up the C66 direction La Bisbal/Palamós.
Pass Celra, Flaca, Rupia and drive through La Bisbal and the road becomes the C31.
Once through La Bisbal, continue towards Palamos, on the C31.
You will pass Palafrugell and travel through the villages of Llofriu and Mont-ras.
Beyond the turn off for Palamós take the junction signed St. Antonio de Calonge.
Pass under the C31 and once at the roundabout, follow the C253 through St. Antonio de Calonge towards Playa d’Aro.
This is a coastal road with Camping Internacional de Calonge on your right, before you enter Playa d’Aro.
There is a wooden footbridge spanning above the road, where there is a sharp right turn into the site and a steep hill to climb.
Travelling north from Barcelona or Tarragona, leave the A7 at junction 9 exit Sant Feliu de Guixols.
Join the C35 direction Sant Feliu and Palamos.
Join the C65 that then becomes the C31 (direction Palamos).
*Exit the C31 at Playa d’Aro Nord, following signs for Sant Antoni and Palamos on the C253.
Camping Internacional de Calonge is 2km (1.4 mile) along this road, on the left-hand side.

From Girona Airport, exit airport taking signs for the C25 to Riudellots de la Selva. Stay on the C25 to join the C65 (directon Sant Feliu/Platja d'Aro).
The C65 becomes the C31 for Palamos.

Camping Internacional de Calonge sits a twenty minute walk from the bustling resort of Playa d’Aro, with its lively shops, bars and restaurants. The site has direct access down a series of steep steps and across a footbridge onto the beach with a string of sandy coves that are wonderful to explore.

Water enthusiasts should try Aquadiver waterpark in Playa d’Aro which has a huge selection of water-based activities for the whole family. Children of all ages will enjoy a trip on a glass-bottomed boat out to the Medes islands, protected nature reserves with an unusual diversity of animal and plant life.
