Bearnock is only 6 miles from Drumnadrochit, and within easy reach of Loch Ness, Urquhart Castle and Inverness. Glen Affric, a National Nature Reserve, is on the doorstep and the immediate area is rich in wildlife. Whether you wish to climb Munros, ramble or cycle on miles of forest track, fish for salmon and trout on river and loch, or simply relax and take in the spectacular surroundings it can all be found here. Black Grouse is a one bedroom wooden lodge, situated in a quiet location at the top of the hill overlooking the spectacular scenery of the glen below. The entrance hall offers plenty space for storing jackets, coats, boots and shoes. The cosy lounge has an electric coal effect stove and double French doors leading to a private veranda complete with furniture. The property is finished to a very high standard with contemporary furnishings and fittings. The double bedroom has a wooden four poster bed. The bathroom has a top of the range shower complete with steam jets, lighting and built in radio. Black Grouse is an ideal property for a couple to enjoy this secluded retreat.
