I would recommend this holiday to others as Bideford Bay is a good base from which to explore the surrounding North Devon Area, especially Clovelly. The facilities on-site kept all the family happy and busy during our stay. "Something for all ages"

A well laid out site with the accommodation, chalet, lodge or caravan, all wide spaced and offering good views. An ideal site for the fitter family to experience the coast paths around North Devon from Westward Ho to Clovelly. A well-kept site, pleasant and efficient staff and on-site facilities to suit most families on holiday.

We had chosen this holiday park because we needed accommodation suitable for a three year old child and a dog in Spring-time. We loved the site because of the woodland environment with daffodils and primroses in full bloom, nearby field where rabbits could be seen, child friendly swimming pool and wonderful children's adventure/playground with views over the sea where parents could sit with a glass of wine or a Costa coffee from the bar. Notices for dog owners were explicit but friendly so we felt that pets really were welcome! Sandy or rocky beaches and cliff walks were within driving distance so we were able to explore the local area easily. Our grandchild loved the experience. To learn that we can now use Tesco vouchers to pay for any future visit is an additional and unexpected bonus!

This isn't the first time I have visited Bideford Bay. When I was younger my parents took me and a friend several times - now at 22 the holiday was just as good. I knew we would enjoy it at Bideford Bay, it is in a great location to visit different places such as Bude, Newquay, Croyde Bay and others. Also a nice walk to a rocky beach from the park itself. There are plenty of things to do, especially enjoy the outdoor pool - we will definitely be back!

My wife and I would definitely recommend a stay at Bideford Bay for those hoping for a quiet and relaxing break. The park is ideally located for exploring north Devon and Cornwall by car and on foot. The surrounding area is beautiful and there are so many places to visit for day trips within a reasonable distance of the park.
