This site was a great break away from everything, and in a really lovely setting. I hadn't realised how lovely the Scottish Borders are. The kids enjoyed playing with other children on the site and we had some great day trips out. You have to be willing to drive for at least 30 minutes to get to different places, but it was worth it to be in such a nice location.

Angecroft Park was excellent, really quiet and peaceful, and we really enjoyed our week there. All the surrounding towns of Selkirk, Galashiels and Hawick are within an easy 20-30min drive with plenty to do. Although there is no phone signal this didn't bother us as it added to the peace of the holiday. The log cabin was lovely, very spacious and homely, very clean and the staff on site were very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this park to everyone.

We all had a fantastic time. If like ourselves rural, stillness and a very scenic location is what your looking for on holiday this would be perfect. The caravan was very clean and had lots of room which was also perfect as we have two very large dogs! The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and kept a good stock in their small shop.

The holiday park is well situated for exploring very peaceful countryside and if you want to get away from it all, this is an ideal spot. Lodges are very clean and well furnished to a high standard with full privacy. Although remote, it is very easy to get to the border towns and then return to a very tranquil and peaceful setting. Highly recommended and really it was what I was looking for.
